Item #8006.  With the popularity of Greyhound adoption on the rise, we have developed a coat specifically designed to fit the unique conformation of these special dogs.  The coat is cut to follow the curves of the dogs back and a contoured belly band to cover the chest and abdomen.  This design also fits many other breeds of dogs well too.  Most hounds, Great Danes, Whippets, or most any slim waisted breed can benefit from these coats.  Nylon side release buckles and hook and loop fasteners keep it all together, and, make it convenient to put on and take off.  The shell is made from 430 Denier Nylon in navy, hunter, black, red, royal, purple, and burgundy.  We also offer a 1200 denier propex in black watch plaid.  The coat is lined with 6 oz. of Primaloft, the same insulator we use in our warmest horse blanket (rated for temps. of minus 10 - 35 degrees).  Primaloft is light in physical weight, yet extremely warm!  The inside of the coat is lined with ripstop nylon so that it moves with your dog easily and is extremely comfortable to wear!  Try one!  Your dog will appreciate it!
