The Polar Lite is made from Polar Tec 100M (M stands for Microfiber). With its soft cashmere feel, durability, & superior wicking properties, this dress sheet is the ultimate cool weather protection. Polar Tec 100M is the fastest wicking material available, capable of reducing the drying time of a sweaty horse by as much as 50%. Due to its tight weave, the Polar Lite is highly wind resistant. Hair & shavings are less likely to stick to 100M as well, due again to the fabrics weave. This is a fantastic midweight dress sheet. The Polar Lite is perfect for cooling out a horse or keeping them clean at an event during the spring and fall seasons. You have to feel it to believe it!
